Book a Course

Our next 5-week group course will run from the week beginning 27th May Р24th June 2024. Priority Booking opens on Wednesday, 8th May 2024. General Booking for new/returning clients opens on the week beginning 13th May 2024.

Group classes are booked as part of a 5-6 week course. Classes are run as part of a course so that clients can maximise on the benefits and continuity of regular Pilates. Current clients have the opportunity to book ahead via a private link during Priority Booking. Once General Booking opens, remaining spaces on group courses can be booked by new/returning clients. General Booking stays open until all of the spaces have been filled or the course has begun. Our courses generally follow Northern Irish school term holidays.

We offer Taster Classes twice a year (Spring and Summer terms) so that you can try a class before committing to a course. 1:1 or 2:1 classes are available on Fridays and can be booked according to calendar availability. If set class times don’t suit you at the moment, unlimited access to our Online Video Library is available to purchase on a monthly basis.
