Booking is NOW LIVE for our NEW CLASS on Wednesdays, 7.30pm at The Sandel Centre, starting 18th February 2026.

Booking for Feb-Mar 2026 REFORMER & MATWORK Pilates goes LIVE 27.01.2026

Booking for each class time will close once the class is fully booked, or once the first class of the course begins, on the w/c 16th February 2026. The courses will run weekly from w/c 15th February – w/c 16th March 2026.
