Booking for MAY-JUNE 2025 Matwork Pilates Courses is now LIVE! Booking for each class time will close once the class is fully booked, or once the first class of the course begins, on the w/c 26th May 2025. The courses will run weekly from w/c 26th May – w/c 30th June 2025.
Triangle Pilates classes are grouped into 5-6 week long courses and take place in Portrush, Coleraine and Ballymoney on the North Coast of Northern Ireland.
